Woman, 70, choked during robbery inside Queens apartment building: NYPD
QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) – Police are searching for the suspects accused of choking and robbing two people inside a Queens apartment building on Wednesday, according to the NYPD.
It happened near Sanford Avenue and College Point Boulevard around 3 a.m. Police said the suspects allegedly broke the front door of the building open.
The suspects are then accused of punching and choking a 70-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man once inside, according to authorities. Police said they allegedly stole $700 from the woman and $50 from the man.
The victims suffered pain and bruising but refused medical attention, according to authorities.
