Yeah, it will be a phased development. The stadium in phase 1, training ground and academy in phase 2 and so on. Will probably be about 15 years before the whole site is completed, maybe longer.

I think Knighthead will want it mostly up, running and generating returns on their investment within seven years. BCC planning dept. will be kept very busy.
