At least 82 killed in Israeli strikes on Gaza as critical aid fails to reach Palestinians
Hospitals in Gaza say Israeli strikes overnight and into Wednesday have killed at least 82 people, including several women and a week-old infant. In the southern city of Khan Younis, 24 people were killed. Israel began allowing dozens of humanitarian trucks into Gaza on Tuesday, but the aid has not yet reached Palestinians in desperate need. That's according to aid groups. The Palestinian Authority says a group of diplomats came under fire while visiting the Israel-occupied West Bank. The Israeli military says the the delegation had deviated from an approved route and that Israeli soldiers fired warning shots.
