Hey all

I seem to have gotten myself into a situation.

I have high blood pressure. I’m 42, I am overweight, I work shifts and my diet can be inconsistent.

I am however active. Gym 2-3 times a week, lots of steps everyday and always on the go with my daughter.

I feel great, but the numbers aren’t.

I’ve been put on a small does of Ramapril 2.5mg a day.

Has anyone had similar and managed to get themselves off the pills? Or is this something I’ve just got to accept. In my mind, tomorrow is the start of me being way more careful about what and when I’m consuming things.

Scary times, medical at work picked it up, so I’m actually grateful it’s been found before something serious occurred.
