3 children killed in Toronto crash, impaired driving suspected

Three children are dead after a crash in Toronto early Sunday morning. Police say a 19-year-old driver, allegedly impaired, lost control while speeding off Highway 401 and slammed into a minivan carrying a mother, her four kids, and a family friend.
