Judge temporarily blocks Trump from retaliating against firm that sued Fox News for election lies

A federal judge has issued another order putting on hold an effort by President Donald Trump to retaliate against a law firm he opposes. District Court Judge Loren AliKhan issued the restraining order against Trump's order targeting law firm Susman Godfrey, which won a $787 billion settlement from Fox News over its airing of lies about Trump's 2020 election loss. Several firms have settled with Trump rather than engage in a costly court fight over the orders. All of the four firms that have fought the orders targeting them in court have won.
