CBI seeks transfer of hearing on closure report in Sushant Rajput death case to designated court

A court allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation to seek transfer of the Sushant Singh Rajput death case hearing. The CBI had filed a closure report in the case. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment in 2020. AIIMS dismissed claims of poisoning. The CBI took over the probe after a complaint by the actor's father.
