Cops make decision on Xavier Worthy after Kansas City Chiefs star was arrested on 'strangulation' charge

Worthy was arrested for allegedly strangling a 'family or household member' in the Austin suburb of Georgetown, and the Williamson County District Attorney Shawn Dick has now responded.
