Babbar Khalsa terrorist with ISI links held in UP;wanted to target Maha Kumbh, says DGP

An active terrorist from Babbar Khalsa International with ties to Pakistan's ISI was arrested in Uttar Pradesh. Lajar Masih planned a major attack during Maha Kumbh but failed due to heightened security. After escaping from jail and carrying out a targeted shooting, Masih was apprehended with explosives and illegal arms.
