UP Assembly bans pan-masala, gutka after spitting incident

Uttar Pradesh Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana announced an immediate ban on the consumption of pan-masala and gutka within the Vidhan Sabha premises, following a spitting incident. Violators will be fined Rs 1,000. Mahana himself cleaned the area and highlighted the importance of maintaining cleanliness in the Assembly.
