Port authority OKs agreement for Cenovus pipeline between refinery, new transfer facility

A new liquid-bulk terminal at the Port of Toledo will get a steady customer under a land transfer the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority’s board of directors approved with Cenovus Energy and its local refinery.
