If you're a Premier customer with accounts linked internationally using the HSBC Global View service, you can use the Global Transfers service to make payments to and from Canada, until 10 p.m. EST 16thMarch 2024 (10 a.m. 17thMarch in Hong Kong). After this point, you can make payments internationally using other solutions such as Global Money Transfers (GMT) available for UK, US, UAE, Singapore, Australia, HSBC Expat (Jersey) and India (available on your HSBC mobile app). Alternatively, for international payments and transfers, you can also use the International Payment service on both HSBC online banking and mobile app. If you currently don't have accounts linked internationally using the HSBC Global View service and therefore don't use the Global Transfers service, there is no change to your payment options.
