Delhi to get over 1,000 electric buses in March, says Transport minister Pankaj Kumar Singh

Delhi Transport Minister Pankaj Kumar Singh announced that the city will receive over 1,000 electric buses this month, aiming to make the transport sector profitable within a year. The extension of Delhi's Electric Vehicle policy until March 2025 supports this initiative, alongside reinstated subsidies and road tax exemptions for EV purchases.
