VOA Creole:  Haiti's National Palace security chief wounded in gang attack

Vladimir Paraison, Haiti's National Palace security chief, was wounded during a gun battle between Haitian National Police and armed gangs. The fight happened during an operation to protect the area around the national palace, according to a statement from the presidential office.
