COLUMBUS CIRCLE, Manhattan (PIX11) -- A window washing platform was seen hanging from a building in Columbus Circle on Friday morning.
CitizenApp video from the scene shows the platform dangling and swinging from the skyscraper at 10 Columbus Circle.
PIX11 News reached out to emergency teams for reports of potential injuries but did not immediately hear back.
