Ticket office still not responded to email re: not getting able to assign Orient ticket to my dad. It's not just online that's poor, the customer service backup is too.

I brought 2 paper tickets for mates for the Orient game they havent turned up yet. I phoned them at 3:00 today and was 135 in the queue.
I love Blues. Lots of us do. But they can’t keep charging people postage and then only giving people digital tickets.

My experience was a bit strange. A lad from the ticket office phoned me back and I got the two tickets sorted. I asked if they could post and he said 'yes', so I asked him to do that. He gave me the price and I said 'there's postage on top of that isn't there?' and he said 'oh, don't worry about that, which I thought was slightly odd, but was maybe a gesture for spending the last ten days (well it felt like it) on the bastard phone.

The other option, of course, is that he might have thought 'feck it', I'm not posting them.

As it happened, I spent another week on the phone chasing them up (well, not a week) went through the email/wallet route, which worked well in the end, although I was a bit nervous after listening to the experiences of others.

There's only one of two reasons, really, that they didn't turn up - 1) is that the Royal Mail didn't didn't deliver them, or 2) they weren't actually posted.
