Temple of the 'vultures' at Wat Kaeng Khoi
Established in 1787 by local villagers, Wat Kaeng Khoi is a Buddhist temple located on the east bank of the Pa Sak River in Saraburi province.
Originally named Wat Rang Khoi, with "rang" meaning "vulture" in Thai, the temple reflects the sight of vultures roosting in the nearby rubber trees, which fascinated the community.
