Tata Capital to consider rights issue on Tuesday

Tata Capital plans to raise funds via a share sale to existing investors in an upcoming board meeting. The firm is also preparing for an IPO worth over Rs 15,000 crore to meet RBI regulations and considering raising Rs 15,000 crore through green bonds and non-convertible debentures.
