While motherhood is cherished by most women as a priceless gift, a few view this as an opportunity for financial gain, even ‘coercing’ their spouses to pay for the ‘privilege’ of birthing their child. One such example has recently shocked the internet, when Malaikah Raja, the wife of a Dubai-based millionaire revealed that she demanded a whopping Rs 33 crore from her millionaire husband to have children, who surprisingly agreed to the egregious demand with a smile.

Malaikah Raja, originally a UK resident who lives in Dubai with her millionaire husband and two kids, openly admitted that she married for money, said she clearly told her husband she won’t become a mother unless he ensured the “financial security” of her and that of her future child.

The mother of two revealed that she only agreed to having a second child after her husband fulfilled her demand and paid her Rs 33 crore, which, according to her, she spent on purchasing luxury items for herself and her kids.

According to Malaikah, she used the money to buy a lavish Rs 15 crore house, a pink G-Wagon for her and her daughter, 8 designer bags worth around Rs 86 lakh, luxury jewelry worth Rs 70 lakh, and top-of-the-line designer outfits for her daughter, apart from spending Rs 70 lakh on her post-pregnancy care.

Malaikah Raja, who met her husband in 2017, admitted she married him for his money, and has been living a lavish life in Dubai ever since. The millionaire housewife is quite popular on social media, boasting 7.1 lakh followers on her Instagram page where she often shares glimpses of her opulent lifestyle with her fans.

Notably, a similar story had recently gone viral on social media, when Linda Andrade,  another millionaire housewife living in Dubai, revealed how she demanded a 9-carat diamond ring from her rich husband for agreeing to carry his child.
