Beauty fans are going wild as ‘amazing’ £32 anti ageing Boots buys is being sold for £6.40 in Asda
SHOPPERS shared their excitement over a fan favourite beauty buy currently on sale for a fraction of its original price.
Asda customers can now pick up the anti-ageing product without breaking the bank.
Posting on the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, one user revealed the skincare deal she came across.
She shared a picture of the product she found in the sales section at Asda.
The shop is currently offering the L’Oréal Paris Hyaluronic Acid and Caffeine Revitalift Filler Eye is Serum for just £6.40.
To confirm the impressive and affordable deal, the poster included a picture of the self-checkout as she scanned the item.
This deal is currently only available in store, with the same serum selling for £15.98 from the Asda website.
She pointed out that the exact same skincare buy would set you back £25 at Boots.
However, shoppers would actually have to fork over £31.99 for the L’Oréal Revitalift Eye Serum at the pharmacy chain.
With a Boots Advantage Card, you could pick the serum up for the reduced rate of £23.99.
This means that an in-store Asda shopper will save 80% on the anti-ageing buy.
The serum contains 2.5% hyaluronic acid and caffeine and is designed for use on the skin around your eyes.
This delicate area is up to 10 times thinner than elsewhere on your body, making it more sensitive.
It also means that this area is the first to show signs of aging and fatigue.
Validated by dermatologists, the formula is created to visibly brighten dark circles and re-plump eye lines.
It also contains 4% Niacinamide, which leaves the skin looking “more radiant, energised, and brighter”.
According to manufacturers, the serum is quickly-absorbed, non-greasy, and perfect for layering under make-up.
Biggest skincare trends for 2025
Face The Future’s Head of Clinic, Kimberley Medd, shared the five skincare trends predicted to take off in 2025.
1. Exosomes
Exosomes are the buzzword for 2025, taking advanced skin regeneration to new heights. These micro-messengers signal skin cells to repair damage, boost collagen, and accelerate recovery, and they’re a gamechanger for targeting ageing.
2. Streamlined Skincare
The age of 12-step routines is fading as consumers shift to more intentional, multi-functional products. Streamlining skincare not only saves time but also reduces the risk of overloading your skin. In 2025, we’ll see a rise in hybrid products that combine active ingredients for simplified, effective results.
3. Vegan Collagen
Plant-based collagen will dominate the skincare world this year, providing a sustainable, ethical alternative to traditional animal-derived collagen. Expect vegan collagen in everything from moisturisers to serums.
4. The Rise Of AI
AI is revolutionising the beauty landscape, making it possible for consumers to get truly personalised skincare solutions. In 2025, we predict a dramatic shift towards AI-powered tools that help people understand their skin on a deeper level.
5. Hair Loss Solutions –
Hair loss is an issue that affects more men than we often realise, and it’s no longer just something we’re talking about behind closed doors. This year, expect to see a continued rise in demand for treatments that not only tackle hair loss but also nurture overall scalp health.
They recommend thoroughly applying the product to cleansed dry skin every morning and evening.
You should massage in small circles from the inner corner of your eye to your temple.
Beauty fans can also gently smooth the serum over their eyelids to lift them up.
One excited shopper heaped on the praise for the product in the comments section.
“I use this as a primer and it’s amazing!” they wrote.
