Pamela Anderson's Son Brandon Thomas Lee Reacts to Her Oscars Snub
Brandon Thomas Lee is addressing his mom Pamela Anderson‘s Oscars snub.
Last month, the 57-year-old actress did not land a Best Actress nomination at the 2025 Oscars for her role in The Last Showgirl despite getting rave reviews and nominations at other awards shows.
Pamela didn’t seem to upset by the snub, saying in an interview, “Oh my gosh, it’s not something I ever expected. Doing the work is the win. That’s what I like to do, and I think we can lose sight of that sometimes in this whole crazy awards season, but it’s nice to be recognized, and it’s all a bonus.”
Now, Brandon, 28, is sharing his thoughts on his mom not landing a nomination.

“We didn’t go into this thinking that that was ever even a possibility,” he continued. “It starts to become crazy when you’re being thrown into these conversations, and all of a sudden, you’re on an awards campaign, and people are resonating with the message.”
“I think everyone gets caught up in the Oscars – which would have been an incredible honor,” Brandon explained. “But Pamela is very happy with how the film has been received. If anything, it makes you hungry for the next opportunity.”
