Sebastian Roche Addresses Possible 'General Hospital' Comeback

Sebastian Roche weighed in on the possibility of returning to General Hospital a decade after his last appearance in Port Charles.

If you were unaware, the 60-year-old 1923 actor played Jerry Jacks on the popular soap opera and made his debut in 2007. He hasn’t been featured in an episode since 2015, though the character’s name has been referenced as recently as 2019.

During a recent interview, Sebastian revealed what he thought about reprising the role.

According to him, it’s a definite possibility.

“Never say never,” he told Us Weekly. “No one ever dies [in the show]. I don’t know how many times I’ve died.”

Sebastian noted that he “had no idea” that his role on the show would become as big as it did.

“In the near present, nothing’s been planned,” he told the outlet. “You never know in these circumstances, on that kind of a show. It would be fun.”

He did have some thoughts about what his character is doing now: “He’s probably in the Caribbean in some beautiful villa. A bit like [James] Bond,” he said. “Or somewhere in the South Pacific. But you know, he’s a traveler. Traveling incognito, maybe in disguise. I like to think of him sailing, maybe in some beautiful destination.”
