Commander-in-Chief of Libyan National Army Haftar to meet with Lukashenko  

Field Marshal and Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan National Army Khalifa Belqasim Haftar has arrived at the Palace of Independence for a meeting with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, BelTA has learned.
