Man arrested for alleged assault at Glens Falls pizza shop
GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Glens Falls Police arrested a 50-year-old man on Friday after he allegedly hit a Pizza Jerks employee. Police said Keith M. Kilgallon is charged with second-degree assault and assaulting a retail worker.
Around 6:50 p.m. on Friday, police responded to the pizza shop on Broad Street for an assault. Police said one person was injured from a fight inside the pizza shop.
Police said the suspect left the shop after the fight, but officers located, identified, and arrested Kilgallon. Kilgallon was held pending his arraignment.
