Solitaire Group arm Westcon acquires nearly 10 acres in Pune’s Wagholi

Solitaire Group has acquired nearly 10 acres of land in Pune’s Wagholi locality for over Rs 129 crore. The acquisition was made through four separate transactions. Companies are increasingly opting for residential developments due to the ongoing upcycle in the housing market. This trend is seen in major real estate markets including Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.
