Renuka Talwar is the daughter of DLF Chairman Emeritus and real estate tycoon KP Singh. Married to GS Talwar, a non-executive director at DLF, she also serves as the CEO of DLF’s luxury division. In 2016, Renuka Talwar purchased this luxurious property for a Rs 435 crore.
Located on Delhi’s prestigious Prithviraj Road, the bungalow was acquired from Kamal Taneja. The property spans 4,925 square meters, with a built-up area of 1,189 square meters. At Rs 8.8 lakh per square meter, this transaction remains Delhi’s most expensive real estate deal to date.
