Sarawak CVLB mulls stiffer penalties for repeat commercial vehicle offenders

KUCHING: The Sarawak Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board (CVLB) needs to refine its policies to enforce stricter penalties on non-compliant companies and repeat offenders, said its chairman Michael Kong.
