Puravankara eyes strong growth across residential and commercial segments

Puravankara Ltd. is expanding its commercial real estate portfolio while maintaining growth in its residential business. The firm plans to lease 3 million sq. ft. by FY 2027, targeting Rs 300 crore in annual rental income. The company is developing premium office spaces in Bengaluru and evaluating new land parcels in Mumbai and Pune to strengthen its presence.
