Railways name members of committee formed to probe stampede at New Delhi Station

Railways named Narsingh Deo and Pankaj Gangwar to head an inquiry into the New Delhi station stampede that killed 18. The committee has ordered securing video footage. The incident occurred due to passengers slipping while descending stairs amid a rush to board trains for the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj.
