On Valentine’s Day, Seoul city government tries to play matchmaker

On an unseasonably warm Friday evening, dozens of Seoul singles met, mingled and played icebreaker games in the hopes of making a Valentine's Day connection in a fast-paced city where dating is notoriously difficult.
