Man, 63, gets 36 years' jail, rotan for sexually assaulting 12-year-old niece

SEREMBAN: The Sessions Court here today sentenced a senior citizen to a total of 36 years in jail and given six strokes of the cane for committing physical sexual assault on his 12-year-old niece.
