Sweden's finance watchdog urges homeowners to renegotiate their mortgages

FI, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, is urging property owners to try and negotiate a better deal on their mortgages, as bank profits on variable rate mortgages rose in the last quarter of 2024.
