See it: Rescuers save young deer from icy river on Long Island

YAPHANK, N.Y. (PIX11) – A dramatic rescue on an icy river on Long Island was caught on camera. 

Rescuers saved a young deer from the frigid water at Southaven County Park in Yaphank. The deer, now named "Elsa," is recovering.
