Wednesday night’s Love Island All Stars got emotional as they got the chance to speak to their loved ones.

Gabby Allen was thrilled to see brother Ethan on video and after they caught up she asked for his opinion on Casey O’Gorman. 

And Liverpool native Ethan revealed he knows Casey and they hang out when he’s in London. 

Viewers were stunned that he knew Casey before Gabby met him and took to social media to comment. 

One wrote: “Wait… why would Gabby’s brother know Casey?”

Another said: “Gabby’s brother met Casey before she did???”

And a third added: “It’s mad that Gabby’s brother knows Casey.” 

While Ethan gave Casey his nod of approval – one of Gabby’s former co-stars has shared fears he’s not ready to give up his ladies’ man lifestyle. 

Speaking to The Sun, Danielle Sellers said: “I do worry a little bit because I just care about Gabby so much and I know she’s genuine and she actually does really like Casey.

“I hope that she has been the person to change him.”

Casey has also been accused by fans of doing the show for clout and not love, and Danielle confessed she agrees with them.

He first starred in the 2023 series of Love Island, returned for the first series of All Stars last year and raised eyebrows when he once again entered the villa for the third time. 

Danielle added: “I think anyone who does Love Island three times obviously loves a little bit of clout, but I just think Casey’s hilarious.

“He’s such a good person, so he absolutely has carried the show. We would all be bored out of our minds if he wasn’t there. It’s 24/7 entertainment with him.”
