Sarawak finalises MASwings acquisition, unveils AirBorneo

KUCHING: The Sarawak government, which today formalised its acquisition of MASwings through the signing of a sale and purchase agreement with Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), has named the state’s new airline AirBorneo.
