UAE launches first phase of Blue Visa system, offering foreigners 10 years residency permit

The United Arab Emirates launched the Blue Visa, a 10-year residency for those contributing to environmental sustainability, during the World Governments Summit 2025. The initiative, involving the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment and the ICP, selects sustainability leaders, innovators, and researchers, reinforcing the UAE’s commitment to global sustainability.
