Keystone Realtors October-December net Rs 30 cr, total income Rs 458 cr

Keystone Realtors reported a net profit of Rs 30 crore for Q3, with a slight decline in total income to Rs 485.8 crore. Pre-sales rose 40% to Rs 863 crore, aided by new launches worth Rs 4,057 crore. The company added two projects worth Rs 980 crore and maintains a strong asset-light, redevelopment-focused approach.
