Upcoming restaurant weeks in the Capital Region
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Many counties, cities, and regions have restaurant weeks throughout the year to help promote local eateries. Participating restaurants usually serve prix-fixe special menus for the week.
Here are the upcoming restaurant weeks in the Capital Region that have been announced so far.
- A Taste of Downtown Pittsfield: Throughout February
- Each purchase at a participating location will count as one entry to win a prize package: 19 gift cards, one from each restaurant, with a total value of $500.
- A Taste of Amsterdam: February 17 to 23
- Specials will be priced at $18.85 (the year the city was established)
- Schenectady County Restaurant Week: February 24 to March 2
- Lunch specials for $20 and dinner menus for $30 or $40
- Saratoga County Restaurant Week: February 26 to March 6
- Breakfast and lunch specials for $15 and three-course dinners for $25, $35, and $45
- Glens Falls Restaurant Week: March 2 to 8
- Three-course prix-fixe dinners for $25, $35, or $45
- Colonie Restaurant Week: March 24 to March 30
- Participating restaurants offering a 3-course meal for a fixed price
- Hudson Valley Spring Restaurant Week: March 31 to April 13
- Prix fixe lunches and dinners for $24.95, $29.95, $39.95, and $44.95
- Greene County Restaurant Week: April 7 to 13
- Clifton Park Restaurant Week: April 21 to 27
