I don’t know the area that well, but aren’t there some huge empty warehouses round there? A key for the padlock, a sign and a money belt and you’ve got a weekend business - cash in hand.

I dont know how many are empty.

There's actually loads of business around there. Invisible wind factory for example.

There's a lot more going on than I thought.
