Tulsa PD issues Kasey Alert for missing woman

TULSA, Okla. (KFOR) - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued a Kasey Alert on behalf of the Tulsa Police Department for 32-year-old Kristie Holmes.

According to OHP, Holmes is 5'2", 100 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater with white polka dots, grey shorts, black leggings and black knee-high boots.

Officials say Holmes is developmentally delayed.
