Ignoring accepted medical guidance, Texas governor tells agency heads to recognize only 2 genders

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Thursday directed state agency heads to recognize only two genders -- male and female -- continuing a campaign against what Abbott called woke gender ideologies.
