Centre goes into huddle to plan 2026 NEET-UG reboot

NEET-UG 2025 will maintain its current format, but significant restructuring is being considered for 2026. Inter-ministerial meetings, involving the Education and Health ministries and NTA, are exploring new exam formats, including multi-stage or computer-based tests. The decision to delay changes stems from the need for better preparedness and adequate advance notice for students.
