Quincy Dean led all scorers with 20 points for San Marin (17-6, 3-2). Abby Bartholo added 13 points for the Mustangs, who were tied with Redwood 32-32 at the half before being held to 10 points over the final 16 minutes.

The Peregrine Falcons (12-8, 3-3) moved a half-game ahead of the Hornets (12-9, 2-3) with the victory. The full game story can be found online at marinij.com and will run in Thursday’s print edition.
