Hudson Falls man charged with burglary, firearm theft
HUDSON FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Hudson Falls Police reported an arrest was made after a long-standing burglary investigation. Brandon Collins, 31, of Hudson Falls, is facing felony charges.
Collins is accused of breaking into a home on Coleman Avenue and stealing multiple firearms on May 30, 2024. The ensuing investigation resulted in officers recovering several of the stolen guns, leading to Collins' arrest on an indictment warrant on January 8. He now faces the following charges:
- Second-degree burglary
- Third-degree grand larceny
- Fourth-degree larceny
- Tampering with physical evidence
Collins was remanded to the Washington County Jail while awaiting arraignment.
