One arrested in connection to juvenile trafficking case
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - According to the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, a woman has been arrested for her involvement in trafficking a juvenile.
OBN says its Human Trafficking Unit arrested 22-year-old Christina Brown on January 24, 2025, after agents found evidence of an underage girl was being solicited for prostitution.
“OBN Agents determined that Christina Brown conspired with Davante Milsap to traffic this juvenile victim. Milsap has remained incarcerated at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester on an unrelated case but was able to communicate with Brown to facilitate the trafficking of this minor victim while behind bars.” said OBN Spokesman Mark Woodward.
According to Woodward, Milsap was served while in prison with new charges in November. Agents did not know where Brown was at the time.
Officials say on January 24, 2025, OBN agents and U.S. Marshals found Brown and took her into custody. Both Brown and Milsap are facing charges of Human Trafficking of a Minor, Using a Computer to Violate State Statute and Maintaining a House/Transporting person for Prostitution.
The victim was located and is safe.
“I appreciate the work of our partners at the Oklahoma Department of Corrections for their assistance with this investigation. Also, we want victims of Human Trafficking to know they are not alone, they don’t have to be afraid to speak up, and services are available to help.” said OBN Director Donnie Anderson.
