Shell in talks with Sekura to sell 300 MW of Sprng Energy

Shell Plc is in talks with Sekura Energy, Edelweiss Alternatives' energy platform, to sell a 300-MW portfolio from its India-based renewable energy platform, Sprng Energy, valuing the assets at approximately ₹1,200 crore. Shell is also exploring the sale of additional portfolios totaling 725 MW, with other buyers, including ONGC.
