Sammaan Capital raises $150 million through QIP; Capital Group, Marshall Wace and BlackRock top investors

US-based Capital Group, Marshall Wace from London, and BlackRock have emerged as notable investors in the QIP of Mumbai's Sammaan Capital, raising $150 million. Capital Group now holds a 5% stake while the top five institutional investors collectively own 21%, replacing former promoter Sameer Gehlaut.
