Rain showers this morning, much warmer week ahead

Scattered rain showers are moving through Acadiana this morning along with a weak cold front. Temperatures are trying to dip into the upper 40s to lower 50s. Rain chances should quickly fade away this morning leading to a mostly cloudy and cool afternoon. Highs return to the lower 60s later today before falling into the upper 40s tonight.

Much warmer weather builds into Acadiana this workweek. Storms could be likely on Friday morning along with a threat for severe weather.
