Jitendra Mohandas Virwani appointed as non-executive non-independent Director on the Equinox India Developments board

Equinox India Developments Limited appoints Jitendra Mohandas Virwani, chairperson of Embassy Group, as non-executive non-independent director, effective January 25, 2025. Following a merger, the company has allotted over 60 crore equity shares to NAM Estates shareholders and proposed a name change to Embassy Developments Limited.
