Bombay High Court suggests mediation route for Lodha brand usage tussle

The Bombay High Court has proposed mediation to resolve the trademark dispute between Lodha brothers, Abhishek and Abhinandan, over the brand name 'Lodha'. Macrotech Developers had sought to prevent Abhinandan’s company from using the name, leading to a court case. Both parties will respond to the court’s mediation suggestion.
